4. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain ownership or authorization to use provided content (logos, images, copy, trademarks)

5. Payment Terms

• Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms is separate from DigitalCare Hub service fees
• Late or failed payments may result in service suspension or termination

All payments are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by U.S. law:

• DigitalCare Hub shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for services during the preceding 30 days

This limitation applies regardless of the claim type (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DigitalCare Hub from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

12. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice, subject to applicable billing cycles and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Upon termination, outstanding fees become immediately due, and access to services may be discontinued.
